The Team

Having a strong management team is key to any company’s ability to execute and grow a business.  The company has placed the right, top notch executives in key positions to enable for rapid and excellent execution of the business model.  Although there are several people who play key roles in daily operations, the leadership team held accountable for accomplishing strategic tasks is as follows:

Kevin D. Jackson – Kevin is the Managing Partner and CEO of Qualitee 360.  Kevin came to Qualitee 360 as an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a reputation for delivering results to technology and service based teams, programs and companies.  He is the former CEO of Surgical Momentum, where he helped develop the operational model and approach to supporting Quality Improvement activities.  He has an established record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies, delivering market-based services and products, optimizing returns on investments, and forging profitable internal and external business alliances.  Kevin’s accomplishments include running Workstream, a $50 million publicly traded company as it grew through acquisitions.  Kevin integrated 16 acquisitions that took place in a 4 year time span and was instrumental in increasing the company’s stock from $0.90 to $5.20 in a 3-year period.

Sheri McQuarrie – Sheri, Managing Director, is responsible for ensuring that Qualitee 360 meets clients’ expectations and delivers on its commitments.  She formerly served as Vice President of Client Services for Surgical Momentum.  Sheri builds high quality relationships with clients to learn their business and clinical challenges so that they receive maximum return on investment when working with Qualitee 360.  In her life before Qualitee 360, she worked in the hospitality industry where she delivered service and solutions to hotel partners that allowed them to increase their competitiveness and profitability.
