Kevin D. Jackson – Kevin is the Founder, Managing Partner & CEO of Qualitee 360, LLC. When founding Q360, Kevin was an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a reputation for delivering results to technology and service-based teams, programs, and companies. He is the former CEO of Surgical Momentum, where he helped develop the operational model and approach to supporting Quality Improvement activities.
Dr. Rachel Carlton – Rachel is Qualitee 360’s Clinical Coordinator. She has been a nurse practitioner for almost 15 years, holding national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and currently practices in the urgent care setting. Dr. Carlton is a college professor, teaching nurses at the graduate and undergraduate levels for the last decade. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University, focusing on evidence-based practice and organizational change.
Dr. Dennis Hanseman – Dennis Hanseman, Ph.D., is a biostatistician with Qualitee 360. He has over 15 years of experience in biostatistics and has coauthored over 100 papers in refereed journals. His primary responsibilities are study design and data analysis.
Dr. Eric Heidel – Eric is Qualitee 360’s lead biostatistician. He is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics in the Department of Surgery at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Heidel has over 70 peer-reviewed publications and over 130 published abstracts at national and international conferences. He specializes in biostatistics, epidemiology, psychometrics, research design, survey instrument creation, website development, surgical simulation, and medical education.

Sheri McQuarrie – Sheri, Managing Director, is responsible for ensuring that Qualitee 360 meets clients’ expectations and delivers on its commitments. She formerly served as Vice President of Client Services for Surgical Momentum. Sheri builds high quality relationships with clients to learn their business and clinical challenges so that they receive maximum return on investment when working with Qualitee 360. In her life before Qualitee 360, she worked in the hospitality industry where she delivered service and solutions to hotel partners that allowed them to increase their competitiveness and profitability.

Alethia Avery – Alethia is an experienced manager with over 11 solid years’ experience, including Client Relationship Implementation and Account Management. Alethia has managed implementation projects integrating new client’s data into system formats and processes. She also has experience analyzing data, creating business rules to ensure clients data is accurate for processing, as well as training teams on report specifications.
Kristina Arnold, RN – Kristina has been a registered nurse for 24 years with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and is also a Certified Bariatric Nurse. She has worked as a Surgical Clinical Reviewer and Clinical Bariatric Coordinator since 2013. Kristina has also worked as a research coordinator for multiple studies and an FDA trial.
Toschia Walker, RN – Toschia Jackson Walker is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in government, public and private healthcare. She currently serves as a Quality Analytics Manager. In the past, she has provided nursing in the areas of: Management, hospital systems, occupational health, managed care, home care, and corporate health.
Lee Autore – Lee is a Solutions Engineer who heads up Software Development and the technical processes and communication between the leadership team, software production team, and to provide his systems architecture knowledge and experience surrounding development, data integrity and cyber-security.

Chris Spencer – A professional coder with over 30 years of experience. Specializing in full stack development, Chris is responsible for the technical design, development, and deployment of SaaS applications leveraging cloud platforms using best practice architectures and design patterns.

Sam Scheifele – Sam has a project management and creative services background, with several years of business experience in start-ups and the healthcare informatics industry. Sam evolves into her positions and is currently managing a number of clients, products and projects. Her involvement as Project Director includes working closely with leadership teams, data, technical colleagues, and bringing organization and creative thinking to Qualitee 360 for continuing company growth.

Mallory Lewis, RMA – Mallory has been in healthcare for over 15 years serving as a registered medical assistant. She has worked in various specialties including Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care. As her career grew with patient care, so did the knowledge of guiding and managing projects and teams. At Qualitee 360 she serves as Client Management. 

Jordan Hopkins – Jordan is an experienced Surgical Technologist previously working in hospitals and doctor’s offices.  She has been working in the medical field for 12 years.  As a Provider Site Coordinator, Jordan works with our sites to ensure they have all the support needed to efficiently and accurately collect quality and patient safety related data.
